  • Crew sleeps on bunks (+1d6)
  • Crew is fed (0)
  • Crew had apples (+1d4)
  • Crew had liquor (+1d8)
  • Crew is hungry (-1d4)
  • Crew eats spoiled food (-1d8)
  • Crew absolutely starving (-2d10)
  • Crew is living in filth (-2d8)
  • Crew is sick (-1d8)
  • Out at sea too long (-1d3)
  • A crew member is lost (-1d8)/per member
  • Victory (+2d8)
  • Pyrrhic victory (-1d12)
  • Defeat (-2d12)
  • Crew can walk on land (+1d12)
  • Find a treasure chest (+2d10)
  • Find supplies (+1d6)
  • Ship is sinking (-5d10)
  • Disregards a rule in the Universal Pirate’s Code (-2d10)

Round to the nearest 5 when dividing food. (I like easy numbers.)
